पद के अनुसार योग्यता अलग-अलग हो सकती है, लेकिन सामान्यतः उम्मीदवार के पास निम्न में से कोई योग्यता होनी चाहिए।

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM

• Pharmacy Diploma / Degree

• Lab Technician Diploma

• Paramedical Course Related Subject as Post 

• 12वीं + संबंधित तकनीकी डिप्लोमा

• न्यूनतम आयु – 18 वर्ष

• अधिकतम आयु – 40 वर्ष

आरक्षित वर्ग को सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार आयु में छूट दी जाएगी।

  Written examination में सफल घोषित किए गए उम्मीदवारों की अंतिम मेरिट सूची के आधार पर संबंधित विभाग द्वारा दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन किया जाएगा। इस प्रक्रिया के दौरान उम्मीदवारों की शैक्षणिक योग्यता, तकनीकी योग्यता, व्यावसायिक प्रमाण-पत्र तथा अन्य आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की जांच की जाएगी।

 उम्मीदवारों को नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया के दौरान सभी मूल प्रमाण-पत्र प्रस्तुत करने होंगे। नियुक्ति से संबंधित आवश्यक कार्रवाई, पात्रता की पुष्टि, चरित्र सत्यापन एवं अन्य औपचारिकताओं की जिम्मेदारी संबंधित विभाग की होगी। उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज पहले से तैयार रखें।

दस्तावेज सत्यापन के समय उम्मीदवारों को निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने होंगे :

• शैक्षणिक योग्यता से संबंधित अंकसूची एवं प्रमाण-पत्र

• तकनीकी / व्यावसायिक योग्यता प्रमाण-पत्र (यदि लागू हो)

• पहचान पत्र (आधार कार्ड, वोटर आईडी, पैन कार्ड आदि)

• जाति प्रमाण-पत्र (आरक्षित वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों हेतु)

• निवास प्रमाण-पत्र

• चरित्र प्रमाण-पत्र

• पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो

• संविदा कर्मचारियों के लिए न्यूनतम 5 वर्ष की सेवा का प्रमाण-पत्र (यदि लागू हो)

• सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी EWS प्रमाण-पत्र (यदि लागू हो)

• विभाग द्वारा मांगे गए अन्य आवश्यक दस्तावेज

दस्तावेज सत्यापन सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण होने के बाद उम्मीदवारों की अंतिम चयन सूची (Final Merit List) तैयार की जाएगी। अंतिम नियुक्ति उम्मीदवार की पात्रता, दस्तावेज सत्यापन, आरक्षण नियमों तथा विभागीय दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार की जाएगी। चयनित उम्मीदवारों को संबंधित विभाग द्वारा नियुक्ति आदेश जारी किए जाएंगे।

Candidates can check their result by following these simple steps:

1. Visit the official MPESB website.
2. Open the Result section on the homepage.
3. Click on "MP Group 5 Result 2026".
4. Enter your Application Number, Registration Number, or Date of Birth.
5. Click on the Submit button.
6. Your result will appear on the screen.
7. Download and print the result for future reference.

After downloading the result, candidates should verify:

• Candidate Name
• Roll Number
• Application Number
• Category
• Marks Obtained
• Qualifying Status
• Merit Status

Candidates who have qualified in the written examination will be called for Document Verification. During verification, candidates must produce original educational certificates, nursing or paramedical registration certificates (where applicable), identity proof, category certificate, and other required documents. After successful verification of documents and eligibility, the final merit list will be prepared and appointment orders will be issued by the concerned department.
